branding essentials
Align your website design with the right visuals through branding in order to ensure the expression of your brand is conveying the right tone. The right colors and typography can drastically transform the message you’re sending.

Typography, color palette, and text-mark logo. (note: text-mark logos are text-only and do not include symbols.)
Brand Guidelines - i.e. the details of your branding: color palette codes in HEX, RGB, & CMYK along with your approved color palette pairings according to WCAG standards, font details like font hierarchy, weight, spacing, and height, and lastly your text-logo mark files in formats PNG, JPEG, PDF, & SVG.

PREP-WORK: I’ll send over a questionnaire in order to get to know your brand, its vision, and brand goals.
COLLABORATE: I’ll present two thoughtfully developed font pairings, color palettes, and wordmark logo directions. Together, we’ll refine your chosen direction through up to two rounds of revisions.
PRESENT: At the end of your project I’ll send over your brand guidelines and how you can best use your new assets for future projects.

This process typically takes 2-3 weeks.

$1,000 for the curation of your branding essentials.
Additionally, if you’d like to use custom fonts, note that you’ll be responsible for purchasing font licensing. The cost is dependent on your websites views per month along with how much the creator is selling the rights for and if you’d like to use your fonts on your desktop for things like social media. Font prices can range from $30 up to $1,000+ but I’ve found there’s great options below the $200 range. We can discuss your budget ahead of time and stay within those means. Alternatively, I can choose free fonts if you prefer although customized fonts can bring new life to your projects and really help them stand out!

What’s the difference between a text-mark logo and a full logo?
A text-mark (or wordmark) focuses solely on your business name - using typography & spacing to create a distinct identity without the need for icons or symbols. It’s clean, timeless, and perfect for getting your brand off the ground.
Is this package enough to launch my business?
Yes - that’s exactly what it’s designed for. The Branding Essentials package gives you everything you need to start strong: cohesive visuals and professional brand assets that align beautifully with your website.
Will I be able to use my branding outside of my website?
Absolutely. You’ll receive your brand guidelines and logo files in multiple formats (PNG, JPEG, PDF, and SVG), so you can use them across your social media, marketing materials, or any future projects.
Do you offer full logo design?
I do. If you’d like a more illustrative or symbol-based logo, that can absolutely be added for an additional fee (as I collaborate with a logo designer for those projects).

Website Copy Prompt Guide - this guide will help you create your compelling website copy by providing prompts for the content you’ll need for each page of your website (note: this guide is included in the web design and development offering, however, without edits on my end.)
For copy refinements, I’ll make up to 2 rounds of edits to the copy you provide from the guide, using your brands tone and leading with your values so that what is presented is a genuine expression of who you are, what you stand for, and how you can be of service to your potential customers.

PREP-WORK: After securing your website start date, I’ll send over the Website Copy Prompt Guide and give you time to complete it.
REVISIONS: Once completed, you’ll send it back to me for revisions.
REVISION CHECKS: You’ll take a look at the revisions I’ve made and give up to 2 rounds of feedback.
COPY GOES LIVE: Once approved, I’ll design your site with your copy in hand and watch it all come to life!

This process takes up to 2 weeks to complete once I receive your first copy prompt answers, depending on the scope of the project. For projects with additional pages and content, this timeline may increase.
When we book your start date, I’ll give you at least one month before our work together begins in order to prepare your copy and other assets. During this time, you’ll complete the Copy Prompt Guide so that you can send it off to me before your project starts.

What’s the difference between the Copy Prompt Guide and Copy Refinements?
The Copy Prompt Guide helps you write your own website copy through intentional prompts that draw out your story and message. The Copy Refinements service builds on that - I take what you’ve written and polish it, refining flow, clarity, and tone so your words feel aligned, engaging, and authentic to your brand’s voice.
Will you rewrite my copy or just refine it?
My approach balances refinement with rewriting when needed - enhancing flow, tone, and readability while keeping your original message intact.
Do I need to have my copy completely written before starting?
Yes - for Copy Refinements, I’ll need your completed Website Copy Prompt Guide before we begin. This allows me to focus on polishing and aligning your words with your brand’s tone and message.
I don’t have time to write my copy right away, can I still get started on getting my website live?
Yes. If you’d rather not write your copy from scratch, I can create your initial website copy using CopySpark (an AI tool developed by my mentor Rache of Squarestylist) based on your brand information. It’s a simple, supportive starting point, and you can replace or refine that copy later when you’re ready. This option is included in the Web Design & Development package. Note: Because the copy is AI-generated, I recommend reviewing and refining it before publishing to ensure it reflects your authentic brand voice. I don’t offer refinements for content produced through this tool.

Flodesk allows your branding to match your emails sent - create a beautiful experience for those on your list and make it an extension of your newly crafted website.

Custom Email Templates: I design your email templates using your branding to create consistency and make your emails more enjoyable to read.
Proper Email Setup: I embed the codes and use DNS Verification to make sure your emails don’t land in spam.
Forms Design: I design the forms on your website with more flexibility. Other email providers have limited design options when it comes to forms.

Do I need a Flodesk account before we begin?
Yes - you’ll need an active Flodesk account for me to complete your setup.
What does “proper email setup” mean?
I take care of the technical side - embedding the necessary code and setting up DNS verification - so your emails are properly authenticated and less likely to end up in spam folders. It ensures your emails reach your audience reliably and look beautiful when they do.
